Colorado is a fair, 50/50 state. They lived out here for 6 years, but original divorce was in Florida. Therefore, they wouldn't let me change jurisdiction. That pissed me off. I had to get out of state attorneys and pay out the ass just to lose. I am disgusted with their family court. They only care about money, and not about the children.  

I was at the park with my grandson a few weeks ago . Got to talking to a grandmom and she told me her son and DIL have split custody. On days when he has them the kids have to be dropped off in the police station parking lot by a third party- his sister EG-and the parking lost is packed! Apparently too much shit was going down between parents so they had to do it this way. 

TUD- i mean 50/50 isnt always fair either so states that kind of insist on that, isnt always fair/whats best. but im sorry you are going through that ..
