I am working hard on another good day. Carb count is normal calories are low and I am warding off cravings. It does me no good to go to the refrigerator and look to see what is inside. I am going to have a bacon and tomato wrap for supper tonight(with egg and cheese)It should be good, everything going into it is on my plan.

I recently tried low carb tortillas, 6 net carbs. they are huge and I love them!!!
