This is going painfully slow for me. It is normal to lose only 6.4 lbs in a month? I am trying so hard at keeping the carbs between 20-25g per day as I am on Atkins Induction. Have been drinking at least 46 oz of water a day and use the treadmill about 2x per week. I don't know why I am not dropping quicker. My daily intake is higher fat than protein and a small portion of carbs. Anyone losing as slowly as me?
