Somehow, another pound has come off, and I can't say that I understand why. Last night, as I sat at home alone, I fell prey to my usual demons; not wanting to exert any effort to feed myself, but at the same time, wanting carbs.
Bring on the mac and cheese.
I don't know why I continue to do so well, but if I don't kick this into high gear, I won't be doing well for long.
