I hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday.
Today is a new day and a new beginning. What has happened in the past is just a memory. We must continue to look forward in our journey and not dwell on the past. Set a course that will get us closer to our goals and then stay on the path. If we slip and fall or stray we have a community to help pick us up. All we need to do is brush ourselves off and remember why we started this journey in the first place. No matter how many times we fall we will never fail unless we give up.
This journey may not be easy. It can also appear daunting when you first start. Whether it's 5 or 200 lbs or more you want to lose we are all in this together. Each charting our own course for what works for us as individuals. Let's all support one another and we shall achieve our goals.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
