Had a couple of days that weren't very good. A friend was moving away so there were many eating/drinking-centric events scheduled around her departure. It's really hard to maintain a good diet in a setting like that though I tried my best to limit myself to only one or two drinks and ordering healthier meals and only eating till full and not a bite more. Glad to still be doing reasonably well though, and even more glad to be seeing progress on the scale and in my muscle tone, even if it doesn't always feel like I'm doing a good job. Also, I have thus far managed to keep all cravings for nachos and pizza in check so...that should definitely count for something.
