Sometimes when you are lost and frustrated, you need to try a new path. Weight loss is hard. You can try 100 times and on the 101 time, it just clicks. If you are having problems staying on track, check out a book on amazon.com called "Becks Diet Solution". It helps us change our behaviors and how we think about food (not a diet book). Sometimes it's good to try a new plan to jump start your excitement for weight loss. Go on pinterest.com and type in "fitness inspiration or motivation". They have great recipes, quotes, pics, etc. Get some fitness magazines. Try a new workout dvd or class. Try yoga, pilates, zumba, etc. Put your scale in front of fridge. Reward yourself every 5 pounds with a non food item (workout clothes, cd, manicure, makeup, etc.). Good luck!
