Not happy this week!! Only 1 lb! boo!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have to step on the scale tomarrow & friends want to go 4 pizza 2night! I'm better off to have just salad, one piece wont do anything for me!
