Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! I'm sitting here drinking my ☕️, just finished mediating. Thinking on what the perfect way of eating would really look like TO ME. I think once I get my food addiction under control, I will start eating seasonally. Like eating what is grown locally during each season. When it is high carb season (like summer), I would eat less animal products & more fruits. When it is low carb season (like winter), I would eat more animal products & greens (keto). 🤷‍♀️ I'm not missing carbs at the least right now... just thinking about what WOE would be natural. I got up at 5:30 this morning & tried to sneak out of the bed early to get in a more productive walk without my grandson, but he jumped up as soon as I got out of the bed...lol. He loves his grandma 😊 So, a walk in nature, the grand baby, it is! My nephew came over last night & we cooked together (low carb chicken & broccoli casserole). We decided to start going to a lake not far too away to get in some good walking a few days a week when he is off. Some strength training plans are also in the works. Anywhooo... Check out a local CSA for locally grown, seasonal food (when you’re ready, of course!) It can be overwhelming at first, but it’s a great way to expand your palate and eat healthier 👊🙂

Thanks jlynnro1! Will do! Of course, I will try to buy organic as well, when possible. More natural probiotics & less chemicals that way. @Lady Thanks! It has been a good morning. The grandbaby actually went back to sleep, so I did get in a more productive walk. I'm soaking up some Vitamin D3 and sweating out some toxins right now, while I drain the pool AGAIN. It has been such a headache this year, but I know it will be rewarding for everyone here in the end. The toothfairy came to see the grandbaby last night, so I know that means a trip to the store later. More "walking" (lol). I will park in the most farther parking spot to get in a few more steps. I'm going to try to get in another short walk today also...baby steps 🙂

Hi Zenus - I know what you mean about the slow pace of walking with a toddler. I'm a gramma too. Take delight, but do try to sneak out for a faster pace workout, maybe at nap time.

@Erika, it's not quite that bad. He's 6 and can keep up well if he wanted to. The problem is that he wants to stop & pick up sticks n such, or lag behind, or run ahead. In other words, he does HIIT 🤣
