just did a workout; ran for 11 mins on 5mph, did 15 squats 5 hip bridges and 10 lunges each leg, 15 situps, 5 crunches and 5 leg raises with a 15 second plank. not much but i havnt done any workouts for about 2 months and im way out of shape. day one down
