looks like I lost 5 pounds in two days which doesn't make sense, considering I h=only worked out Monday so far, its probably just natural weight loss. I plan on working out later tonight but I might just take the dog for a walk because its extremely hot outside and inside where I live. I could workout inside but we don't have air conditioning and ill get extremely hot and such. I am just ranting now.

just did a workout; ran for 11 mins on 5mph, did 15 squats 5 hip bridges and 10 lunges each leg, 15 situps, 5 crunches and 5 leg raises with a 15 second plank. not much but i havnt done any workouts for about 2 months and im way out of shape. day one down

Todays weight in is accurate but I plan on buying a new scale with the tips I earn from waitressing. Hopefully I can get a really good one. I am more serious than ever to lose weight. I can physically see the inches forming on my waist and thighs. I am almost certain I have gained about 15lbs in the past few months from starting my new job. This is when I change my lifestyle.
