today is my fourth day starting over.. ( i know AGAIN)... but hey atleast i'm not giving up.. i have been doing pretty well, keeping up and working out when my son takes he's afternoon nap which is right about now..were running a lil late today but hey its all good.. Today is also grocery day and it kinda sucks cause were low on cash.. and i have to get the babies daiapers, wipes, food, milk.. and all of our food( my fiance is no longer on Atkins)and cleaning supplies.. man food is really expensive.. i need to find stuff to last me for 2 weeks but i dont really know wat to get.. anybody have any ideas..
so far
eggs
bacon
jimmy dean sausage
romain lettuce
water
crystal light
ground beef
dressing
mayo
string beans, broccoli.. yup thats about it

pork chops, onions, peppers, you could make stir fry one time w/ beef strips, mushrooms, peppers, onions...however you'd like to do it...add some rice (not 4 u LOL) and the whole family can eat it (my fiance's not on a diet either)...an inexpensive meal

Check the sales - alot of times places like Kroger, Albertsons etc. will have good meat sales. Chicken breast is sometimes 99 cents per pound. Bacon can be expensive. You could make egg omelets. Those are cheap. Put chopped ham and cheese in it - YUM! Pork chops are usually on sale too. Check out the sales! Good Luck!
