Doing a 5:2 diet and it's REALLY working for me. For 5 days you eat VERY NORMAL, staying within range of the calories allowed for (me). Then for 2 days you fast... but not food-free, you eat 500 calories for those two days. The calories can either be spread out or consumed at one meal (healthier to spread it out a little). Actually not that hard... a cup of yogurt in the AM (which has protein, etc. so it holds you better) or fruit or SOMETHING to get your metabolism going; maybe a straight veggie salad at lunch; a mindful meal at supper. It helps BIG TIME to track those "fast" days on FS. I do my fast days on Mon/Tues, then try to keep it "in control" Wed-Sun. Showing results. My weight's going down and my spirit's going up!! :)
