This past Tuesday is the day I decided to go caffeine free for 2 weeks. The caffeine deprived headaches suck! But I am sticking to it. I need to reset my system, badly. I know the headaches will ease up soon, I just have to hang in there. In all honesty I should go at least 3 months caffeine free.
Ha! that will be my new challenge. To be 3 months caffeine free. It's On! :-D
