Definitely over-ate today woops. I notice when I don't exercise, I have increased appetite for snacks and sweets. Getting back to the swing of things by exercising today. Hopefully with the combination of healthy eating, my excess body weight will shed off and my appetite will stabilise. How do you guys manage cravings? 😃

Mine are gone now, just eat low calorie food and be determined, they will go. An Pink Lady apple is very satisfying after your meal. Don't forget very sticks.

Oh and lean meat, either 100 gms beef or pork, 125 gms chicken, 150 gms fish with main meal with lower calories types veges and boiled or steamed potatoe.
