This week at weight watchers I stayed the same which was good in this case, because I didnt do good but not bad.. wasnt eat the fruits and veggies I need to.. Starting to walk this week ,so hopefully I will lose at least a pound
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
