There are lot's of things to try. Do you exercise? If you don't, it might be good to start. If you do, than change it up. Our muscles get used to doing the same things all the time. Up your duration or intensity! Take a new exercise class! Change up your foods. Up your protein! Protein metabolizes better than any other food group. Vary your protein with some whey shakes and if you eat dairy Greek yogurt is packed with protein. Dairy has also been shown to help reduce body fat. The more varied your protein the better.
