I am psyched about this program I've started! I'm excited about the workouts available and the competitions! I am so grateful to have joined a community of local people who I can workout with, give/get support & encouragement, and keep each other on track! This is so AWESOME!!!
Can't wait for Monday... I'll be doing my 1st workout with this program! This weekend I am focused on tracking my food, water and activity! Consistency is super important!
