I'm starting clean.
Day 1 Atkins - induction.
I've done Atkins before and it's created great rapid results, but I just did it so wrong that it was unsustainable. This time, I'll stick to the plan and trust the process.
I can do this for 14 days and then go to Phase 2.
I'm doing it with real foods, and in a balanced way. Not a ton of bacon with eggs! lol
