well ladies got thru my worst fat craving day yet. But I did itI'm sorry I am proud of me. I would not be in this shape if all that fat food had not been one of m y best friends, its amazing and by Gods grace that I can do this seeing results is awesome. Ladies when your having one of those bad craving fat ddays do like I did call for support and prayer and lots of water and getting out and doing something walking something. We are all going to make it. (flush) ha ha.

congrats on hanging tough! FYI, many experience strong cravings when the monthly visit from "aunt flo" is due. Increase your lean protein and make sure you are getting in ALL the flaxseed oil (1 Tbsp per 100 pounds weight) daily. The FSO helps you feel full. In addition, don't forget that the P1 veggies are unlimited (except for carrot & olive) so eat up!
