Flax Seed Oil

If you are going to replace your daily Flaxseed oil requirement with ground flaxseed instead, it should not be flaxmeal (ground too finely!). 1 Tbsp FSO = 3 Tbsp ground flaxseed.
Replacing FSO with flaxseed oil capsules would require 18 daily (6 per meal) of the large 1000mg gelcaps. Expensive way to go, IMHO!
As others have pointed out, flaxseed oil taste varies GREATLY by manufacturer. My current fave is Omega (tastes buttery).

PS. FYI, oatmeal is a P3 food and not "legal" in early phases.

Cranwater
Many of us carried on with P1 cranwater in P2. By the way, that's 64oz of cranwater daily, NOT 32. Wink
The FF eating plan PLUS cranwater PLUS dry skin brushing PLUS rebounding completely banished my cellulite (over 4 years ago and it's STILL goneExclamation) woohoo! Laughing

Soy Milk --- Yay or Nay?
Fermented soy (tempeh, for example) is allowed 2x per week in all phases. NON-fermented soy (milk, flour, edamame, etc) is not OK for ANY phase of Fat Flush. The book (and ALG's website) explains why soy is not your best food choice. Cool

Flaxseed Oil?
Margot, in the early phases of Fat Flush, you get Flaxseed oil OR Pharmaceutical grade fish oil. That's it. For cooking, ALG permits 1-3 second spray of Extra Virgin Olive oil. The oils you mention are all reserved for Phase 3/maintenance.
I highly recommend that you get your hands on the Fat Flush Plan book - it explains the "whys" behind the "dos" Very Happy
