Oh cool, you have interesting friends. Yea my movement could be way smoother. Felt awkward. But I think that would be fixed through repetitions lol but it’s a new drive so I’m taking advantage of it. Only problem is how I’m going to fit it in my current workout routine cuz it works a little of everything so do I do that first or last 😂

Yea but the people that stopped to think are the ones that stays natty. Once they make the decision on steroids it’s all about growth at no cost to them. Which is sad cuz atleast half started out as overweight for health reasons and then they forgot their original priority, which was health so now they just want aesthetics and size.

Supergainz1 your rusty barbell isn't doing you any favors as you transition the barbell up. Even bushings vs bearings will be a difference in the way the plates move or don't move

Otb that’s pretty genius to think of all that. That’s very true I didn’t take the bars rotation into account. You’re like a mountain man genius. But I chose the power cleans cuz it’s the movement that’s more dependent on brute force vs skill/abilities lol albeit I feel that I could leverage my weight way better for more effective force. But that’s through practice. I should tag you in the guy who does it for reps, he makes it look much cooler than me and that’s how smooth I want my movement to be

Supergainz1 lol thanks. The Olympic movements are fun and a great change of pace but you nailed it they are challenging and take significant practice to become proficient at them. I'm no expert but I do like to play around and practice them. The barbell does make a difference in these movements I can even see a difference when using my expensive PowerBar with bushings vs my super cheap general purpose bar. The PowerBar is not designed for it at all and the plates don't move correctly. The el cheapo on works better lol. If you watch your video and compare it to the one you sent me or the one I posted not long ago and you watch the plates during the transition up. Yours gain momentum and start to spins where as mine and the other guys Stay in the same position during thw full movement
