Ok eating more fruit and veggies is helping. Cho Cho. Still staying away from bad carbs. But low carb wheat bread. I love a good sandwich 🥪
177.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
