I used 2 cups cooked cauliflower. Fried up onion,mushrooms,green pepper,tomato and roughly 50gr regular mince in a olive oil. spiced it up with dried mint,salt and spices of choice just as I would normal savoury mince. Added a small amount of water for juicy sauce. mixed this with my cauliflower then sprinkled roughly 80gr cheddar cheese. baked untill cheese melted. You could use anything with the cauliflower I just compensated instead of pasta. I just doubled up cauliflower so that I had another meal prepped for next day. Everything was in my daily calories.
