I'm starting to think that my goal weight is unrealistic...my shape is changing for the better but my weight isn't changing...and I believe it's because I'm building muscle which is denser than fat...so maybe weight shouldn't really be a factor in how I consider my progress...I don't know.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I think the biggest factor is how you are feeling. I have heard of people who have gained weight but lost pant size due to muscle. Be aware of how your whole body is changing not just the scale. Keep doing the right things.
