Three days ago I started tracking. Been eating controlled meals the frozen type. The third day (today) I usually fall off and binge eat. I very happy to say it didn’t happen today. Wednesday I’ll start cooking again but right now lean cuisine and smart ones will help with my control issues. On to day 4.
