Calculate your macro needs (carbs, fats, AND proteins). You want to consume what you need to keep your body running, but don't overdo it. If you start feeling that infamous (and distracting) hunger signal, chug some water. Also, it's not gonna kill ya to drink fruit juice if you start feeling a bit lightheaded; if you're lightheaded, your body is running out of steam to keep working. Do your research, of course, but also listen to your body carefully. Don't push yourself too hard. 💖
