Not the best looking plate but I’m in a rush and starving 😭
This week I feel extremely tired and so hungry 😩 and that my friends it’s called a week before. Takes everything away from me , energy , confidence, mood … just really sucks 😞😩

I empathise completely, as that was me last week. I was so hungry. Really struggled. I ate a carrot 🥕 in those severe times of need. Especially at bedtime. The cravings were super hard. I feel your pain huni. Hang in there. Xx

I eat my basic 3 meals and nothing else but although I love cucumber I would go for a bowl of fruit rather than what you grabbed I’m afraid and would pass right through you I would think

I have also been feeling the same this week no motivation, miserable, fed up wanting to eat but not wanting to eat...I'm also one week before. its so frustrating

If you are willing look up eating according to your menstrual cycle.. For me it's a bit complicated to think about it but for those who don't mind doing it I think it could be a game changer. It's all very sciency, based on how hormones are changing during your cycle and what to eat or do to balance them..

Hi huni, 👋 I was too lol. Off plan luckily only put on 2 pounds and lost them again in a day. Wow you look fab. Nearly at your goal weight. Lucky thing. Did you have a nice holiday? X😎
