I gave myself a pep talk this morning and plan to be on top of this going foward. I convinced myself I need someone to do this with me for me to sucseed but I think that was just to get me in the right direction. I can not relay on someone to diet with me until I hit my goal, that is silly. I need to re dedicate myself to this because while I have lost a lot I am still not 100% comfortable with me. New goal- when I hit 144 I get my tatoo.
