Kenna, it’s written with great English. It plays as many tricks as the supplement companies though. Such as accepting 2 grams per kilogram, but saying 200 grams total is outrageous and dangerous. The basic assumption that adult humans all weigh 150 pounds is flawed, in my opinion.

You are right Tom, people have to read the labels and do the math if they don’t fall within that 150 lb. Range.
