UGH,, Im having a snack attack.. May need to make dinner early or something. I drank a crystal light and had some fried pork skins.. Gonna try some turkey breast with aoli bc dinner is 2 hrs away .. also gonna move away from my desk for a while..

Go outside and walk around the block, brush your teeth, chew some gum! DISTRACT yourself. You are doing so well don"t snack!

I made a turkey breast roll ups with some homemade aoli wrapped in lettuce and tomato. Got up, washed my dished and put on some cartoons

OK, SO i overdid it but not really , or not sure. I had a 2nd bar.. I was craving and thought it was gone but it came back so I said ef it. and ate another bar. BUT on the bright side.. I have a whole cake here at my house so a bar is a heck of alot better. I have no idea what set me off but its the end of the night, im sleepy as heck and Im sure I cant eat another thing so I know the craving are gone for the day .. at I still stayed under my net carbs so it wasnt a total loss. Had a great work out and ate good all day other than this bump so Imma say it was a good one. Cheers everyone! and good nite
