Totally normal, also there might be deviations (even weight going up "for no reason") due to phase of your menstrual cycle.

Girl you put up 5lbs around this time it is not your weight just water retention once you are on it goes. Worst thing you can do is stress and that will make things worse. Trust me I’ve been there . Our bodies and weight will fluctuate no matter what you do so be kind to yourself and keep doing what you are doing 🤗🥰

Also 1200 calories seems a bit too low you need to fire up a bit 🤗☺️

Yes definitely. Give it a few days after for your body to get back to normal

I read somewhere that stress raises cortisol levels which then leads to weight gain. There are foods that help reduce cortisol levels. If you do an internet search it’ll come up with a load of suggestions. It might help. I’m experimenting with that myself at the moment.

I simply say that because shark week (and the lead up to it) normally finds me uncomfortably more stressed than usual and weight gain seems to occur at the same time. As others have said though, there is also water retention which tends to disappear quickly.
