Finally! I've been sticking to my plan and having mostly soups, and I was getting a tad frustrated with the lack of change on the scales. I've increased my fibre intake which has helped. 💚

Nice 1kg loss since 17/4. Gotta be happy with that. My weight fluctuates like that too! Perseverance DOES pay off :)

@LuLuAmy: thank you! Yes, I tend to have some wild fluctuations, which is why I weigh daily-stops me from panicking when I go up.
