okay, past week was really bad. I didn't walk hardly at all because of everything going on at work. My co-worker left so I was depressed, plus my issues with school and work have been bringing me down, too. Not to mention the fact that we actually have snack food in the house for once. That's hurting me, too. So I'll just be jumping back on the horse every day praying for a win. I'm going to try to find a fitness routine that works for me as well.
