Sooo fell off a chair while standing on it straight backwards, thankfully landing on carpet as i was in my closet. Super banged up hit my brand new hip so yikes! Not sure why i fell…didn’t feel dizzy just one minute i was on chair and next i was landing on my keister, back and head….laid there for a few assessing if i had broken anything which fortunately i had not and next minute gave thanks i don’t live alone as I didn’t have my phone with me and oh boy…I lost consciousness last September and went face forward on my travertine floor but think it was the medication i was on temporarily and now am on nada. So weird and really scary. My daughter of course said it’s because I’m not eating enough. I think she gets defensive with her own weight issues sadly. She’s a gorgeous smart successful lovely human but doesn’t seem to understand how amazing she really is. I worry like we all do four our babies regardless of age right? Anyway a few bruises but able to get thru a vicious training cycle after. No pity from my trainer🤪. Nothing is impossible. The word is literally I’m possible!!! Read that somewhere and loved the meaning.
