So I'm doing okay and I'm finally back in the groove I think and the last hurdle is my activity. I'm back on counting my point and water (believe it or not.) Today has been tough b/c I left home without my lunch. Luckily I keep oatmeal at work so I at a pack of that and ate a yogurt. Scary part is I'm starving right now, LOL! I get off in about an hour and I have my strawberries which I'll eat closer to me getting off. I'm trying to fight against being hungry on the drive home so I can avoid eating something crazy when I make it into the house. I'm cooking chicken breast for dinner and I changed to that from my centercut chops. Chicken Breast will be done faster and I'll be able to eat quicker! I'm trying to plan and be smart about my waistline. Tomorrow is one of my usual days to go into the gym and I've been beating it in my head to go home, pack my bag for in the morning so I can get the workout done. If so this will be my first one since June which is horrible. That's all for now, I figured I'd write through my hunger!
