So as much as I am suffering my self hatred and vast array of medical issues during my weight loss journey there are a few things I am so proud of....

1. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8
2. I am now fitting in Jay Jays women's clothing size XXXS when I used to be XL
3. I can lift up to 25kg in weights and and dumb bells when I couldn't even lift 10kg. My arms are also starting to shape nicely so my bingo wings are slowly going YAY!!
4. I can do push ups on my toes when I couldn't even master them on my knees

Who knew I could accomplish this in 2 years....

Hi all. Thank you for your kind comments and support it means very much to me that I can inspire other as well as being inspired myself. As an update to my progress I've shown myself that I can do 25 push up and sit ups in a row without not much trouble at all, which I am super stoked about. I hope everyone is doing well =) xxxx

That's awesome, I am going to work in fitness too. I went to a circuit class last week at The Zone in Port Douglas. The trainer Simon said that until we sort out our diets it doesn't matter the amount of exercise we do , our shape won't change that much. He said the combination of healthy eating at exercise is best . I'm gonna follow on your footsteps 😊
