Feeling very low energy today but must go to the gym. It is a promise I've made that I want to keep. Might be the weather though. A couple of days ago it was 12C. Today 27C. Not a fan of hot weather (unless it is on a beach somewhere with the ability to cool down in the ocean/lake). Feel more like a nap than a workout. BUT, if I go to the gym, I can pick up some oranges/apples (which I have come to love both as sustenance and a treat)
