PMS again! Been eating Cadbury 100 calorie chocolate thins like they've been going out of fashion! Dreading getting on the scales on Saturday! I've injured my knee so any exercise is severely limited this week too. Not good.

You are too funny. PMS for me too. Sorry to hear about your knee. Hey at least you walked! Not bad AT ALL! I've been having a Slim Fast meal bar with extra protein for lunch to satisfy my "chocolate" tooth. I like your choices of cherry tomatoes and tuna. Smart. You might surprise yourself this Saturday--once PMS is over, the body tends to flush itself quite dramatically don't you think?!

Very true. My body does tend to recover quickly from PMS. I guess I'm just feeling a bit 'lumpy' because I haven't exercised as much as I normally would. We'll see what happens on Saturday.....
