Feeling Awesome….More Energy…Sugars are Low….Blood Pressure under control….People are complimenting me (that is rewarding)…Clothes are fitting Better ….Ketogenic Diet since January 14, 2023 and lost 29 lbs so far. I can never go back to high amount of Carbs again.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
