Way slow start to my day today. Not too sure why but trying to push through it all. In all truths, I am not looking forward to my workout today because I struggle with this particular one. I'll do it but it will be awhile before I can say, "Hey I like Total Body Circuit." I guess I will get my fat ass up and do it. *exaggerated sigh*
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Total Body Circuit. I got it done...I hated every minute of it...but I am proud that I pushed through. Maybe as it gets a little easier, I will be able to love this workout as much as the others. Right now though, Speed 1.0 is my top fave.
Plank: 25 second plank. Killed it. I found that if I change the screen so I am not looking at the countdown timer and looking at something else, that I wasn't as shaky so maybe I will try that again. I was very conscious of my form though which is a good thing.
