Last nights baseball game / picnic went great. Had 2 hot dogs and 1 cheeseburger without the buns and no beans (my great weakness). And yet I was completely satisfied. :-)

Beans aren't bad except for the salt. Good protein and fiber. Good job on skipping the buns. I'm not a big fan myself. It's like pizza crust, just good for holding the toppings. We do bunless burgers all the time. We call them cheap steaks lol. You're going to need lots of water today day to counteract the salt in the hot dogs.
