Kettlebell obviously did not happen yesterday for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I think I overextended my calf or whatever (not sure on the actual term). It's basically felt like I've had a Muscle cramp there all day yesterday. Today, it's not as bad but still hurts. I am going to take it a bit easier today with my workout. Secondly, I ended up getting locked out of my house for most of the day lol! Anyhow, it wasn't so bad. Me and the girls went to the park and Piper got out a lot of her energy. It was still hard to get her to lay down for bed but once she finally did, she went right to sleep.
I am feeling very positive for today and my renewed determination to get this weight off. I am going to take the girls to the park again and just generally trying to be more active. I need to work harder at trying to achieve my goal of 5000 steps at least along with my water consumption. I HAVE to do this!
