I am having trouble staying away from the foods that are quite unhealthy. I wish to maintain a healthy diet, while excercising daily, so I can live a long healthy life.I'm starting with purchasing organic produce such as vegetables from a local farm, and calculating my calories.Hopefully soon i can begin a healthy life
