I lost a little bit of weight this week, not as much as I would have expected. I know I need to drink more water, but it is tough for me to drink a lot of anything.

I think I will have to quit the chinese food once a week. Even though I try to go with healthy and only brown rice, my blood sugar spiked like crazy this time.
221.2 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
