First weekend on my journey to a more healthy life. Last night i had chili cheese fries and a strawberry shake wow what a calorie hit and i didn't enjoy them as much as i thought. Back on track today

I too allowed myself to indulge a bit last night (after over a month of good progress) and found I didn’t actually enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I also had wicked heart burn last night in bed which absolutely did not make it worth it 🤪

Must have been a theme yesterday, I decided to treat myself to my favourite Ruffles all season chips. Wasn’t as great as I remembered 🙂. Back on track, let’s do this, supporting each other woot-woot!
