Weight is fluctuating loads, up 2 lb one day, down the 3lb the next 🤷‍♀️ persevering with the exercise and food is still a work in progress! BUT had two compliments this last week. One from a colleague I hadn't seen in ages who said I was looking amazing and one from my sister in law saying I looked like I lost weight which helps motivation!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 54.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
