Back on the diet wagon. Let myself gain back 40 pounds, but I'm ready to shed them plus more. Back to eating whole foods, cooking myself, and cutting out as much sugar and artificial sweeteners as possible. I have my doctor's blessing and had all my lab work done. Happy to say that I'm healthy and that my bloodwork, blood pressure and cholesterol are all in the normal/healthy ranges. I'm turning 40 in October so I have some added incentive to lose some pounds by then!
