been dieting since puberty and have never gotten it right. so hard with PCOS. Now at almost 57 doc said new research has come out that it's not a fst problem it's a carb problem from animal fat so have gone almost completely plant based since Jan 30. down 17 lbs. start weight was close to 370 10 years ago. got to 231 but life hormones and menopause got in the way. now diagnosed with a rare disease. Charcot Arthropathy. Foot is basically crumbling. learning all I can to be an advocate for it and help others, it's not widely talked about. imperative weight loss to keep my foot now, too old to be called Hop! be stronger than your weakness!
