Based on a BMI reading and weight loss goal I found on WebMD, I should be aiming for 1200 calories/ day and burning off about 170 of those calories in order to lose 1.5 to 2.0 lbs per week.
I do not know why FS says my target calaroies are 1700/day - it sounds very high and I am going to stick with my 1200 as I am doing pretty well sticking with in - someday I even eat only 1000/day.
Does anyone else think the RDI's are high here? thanks
